Grilled Eggplant,TOH; wonderful for summer barbecues.,used garlic powder instead of garlic salt to cut down on the saltiness. We loved the thinner slices, cooked till crispy, absolutely delicious!!,Did not care for these. I followed the recipe exactly which I always do first time out. Between the garlic salt and regular salt they were way too salty. Maybe if I made them again I would cut the salt and use garlic powder. Two stars for quick and easy.
