Grilled Fresh Fruit Quesadillas,This recipe is from Company’s Coming Greatest Hits Mexican. It’s a wonderful creamy dessert dish that is almost like a Danish pastry but much lower in calories.,I liked this and so did my picky 9 year old. It was a good breakfast and could be a nice dessert substitute for Apple pie. I would definitely eat this again. I did briefly cook my diced apples with cinnamon and stevia 1st in the microwave because I didn’t want them crunchy. Also, I didn’t have cream cheese so greek yogurt was a substitute that worked well.,I didn’t have any cream cheese so used Fage 0% plain greek yogurt. I was only cooking for one so used one small flour tortilla folded in half. One banana was going to be too much so used strawberry jam. These were every bit as good as the cheese and fruit tortas at Frontera Grill at O’Hare airport.
