1/2 cup red onion diced (or sweet onion)
1/2 cup fresh cilantro chopped
2 limes juice of
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
2 teaspoons splenda sugar substitute
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 garlic cloves minced
4 6 ounce halibut fillets
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt and pepper

    Prepare Grill.

    Mango Salsa: Combine All the Ingredients For the Salsa and Set Aside (can Be Made Up Ahead of Time).

    Rub Halibut With Oil; Sprinkle With 1/2 Teaspoon Salt and 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper.

    Place Fish on Grill Rack; Grill 4 - 5 Minutes on Each Side or Until Fish Flakes Easily When Tested With a Fork.
