Mango Salsa: Combine All the Ingredients For the Salsa and Set Aside (can Be Made Up Ahead of Time). |

Rub Halibut With Oil; Sprinkle With 1/2 Teaspoon Salt and 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper. |
