Grilled Halibut Simply Delicious,This is a Greek version of grilled halibut. Yes I know halibut is not Greek but it’s the flavors and simplicity of cooking that is Greek. Flavored with olive oil, lemon, garlic and Greek oregano. You can use halibut steak which can handle the grill better.,Beautiful and simple recipe for halibut. used avocado oil instead of olive and it was delicious. Cooked on my Weber in a cast iron pan, quick and easy Mothers Day lunch! Thank you.,We live in Homer Alaska, the Halibut fishing capital of the world 🙂 I am always looking for a new recipe and this was a big win! Super simple and so flavorful. Thank you!!
