Grilled Italian Tomatoes,From the issue of February 2007, Coup de Pouce. This is healthy.,Grilled, not roasted. I halve the tomatoes and put them skin side down in a frying pan with oil or butter for a minute or two. Flip them over to the cut side for a minute. Salt and pepper. Try this for breakfast. I do a mini English Breakfast in tomato season. Grilled tomatoes, sausage, fried egg all in one skillet, with toast. Good way to get another serving of veggies into your diet.,OK, I gotta’ ask; Where is the “Grilled” part, as in the title. “Grilled Italian Tomatoes”? Grilling and baking are not the same process!
