Grilled Moroccan Chicken,A very healthy and exotic way to prepare chicken. Goes great with couscous and a fresh green salad.,Delicious – the chicken was so moist. We used thin chicken breasts (5 of them, because they came in a pack of 5) and cooked for 6 minutes a side. My kids and husband loved them. Served with the Black Bean and Couscous Salad, which worked out really well. I was able to use up a whole bundle of cilantro and both parts of the green onions (white and green) by serving these recipes together – no waste.

Combine Oil, Scallions, Parsley, Cilantro, Garlic, Paprika, Cumin, Salt, Turmeric and Cayenne Pepper in the Container of a Food Processor. |
