Grilled Rosemary Lamb Chops,Just writing this recipe makes me want to drool as I remember how delicious it was . . . mmmmm, lamb. My husband who loathes sheep is now ready to raise some so that we can have this recipe more often. Easy. Yummy. Lamby.,Great recipe. I marinated lamb chops for about 20 hours. Took them out of the fridge and put on the grill right away. Meat was very tender and had a great flavour.,Rosemary and garlic are my favorites to use with lamb so this marinade had immediate appeal. I freeze the juice of lemons in an ice cube tray and store in a freezer bag so popped two cubes in small bowl to melt. I grow rosemary and thyme, so minced some of each and garlic cloves. Stirred in EVOO and salt and pepper, then poured the marinade over thick lamb chops in a freezer bag, then popped them in the fridge to marinade and turned several times throughout the day. Grilled them medium rare and we feasted. This easy recipe be my go-to for grilled lamb chops. I will also try it the next time I have a boneless, butterflied leg of lamb.
