Preheat the Grill to Medium-High. Oil the Grill Grates or a Grill Pan. |

Put the Ground Turkey, Egg, Panko, Chopped Garlic, Chopped Ginger, Cilantro, Chopped Green Onions, Sesame Seeds, Sriracha and Salt Into a Bowl and With a Gentle Hand, Combine Until All Ingredients Are Well Distributed Into the Meat. Mixture Should Be Fairly Soft. Form Into About 20 Meatballs. |

If Using a Grill Pan, Pre-Heat For 5 Minutes Before Placing on the Meatballs. Grill Meatballs Until They Are Cooked Through, Turning Every 5-7 Minutes Until All Sides Are Browned. Total Cooking Time Will Be About 30 Minutes or Slightly Less If You're Cooking the Meatballs Directly on the Grill. |
