Swordfish With Papaya Salsa,This dish can also be prepared with shark steaks if you can not find swordfish. I haven’t tried it with the shark…..but go ahead….be adventurous! The prep time does not include the marinating time.,I have to admit, I was a tad bit hestitant to try this one. I’ve never had swordfish. Also never had fruit (other than lemon) with fish. Boy am I glad I tried it. THIS WAS FANTASTIC! A perfect pairing that we devoured! I will certainly make this again. Thanks for sharing. Made for ZWT5 Groovy GastroGnomes.,This dish can also be prepared with shark steaks if you can not find swordfish. I haven’t tried it with the shark…..but go ahead….be adventurous!
