Grilled Tandoori Lamb Meatballs

Features:
    Cuisine:

This dish has such a great flavor combinaton -- you can really taste each spice individually and together, the combination is perfect. used half lamb and half beef because I was too afraid that the lamb taste would be overpowering. I made the meat and marinade up in the morning and let it sit until time to grill them -- the meat was really tender. Made for PRMR, June, 2013.

Grilled Tandoori Lamb Meatballs,These tasty meat skewers can be cooked indoors under the broiler but are best on the grill! From the Meatball Cookbook Bible….,This dish has such a great flavor combinaton — you can really taste each spice individually and together, the combination is perfect. used half lamb and half beef because I was too afraid that the lamb taste would be overpowering. I made the meat and marinade up in the morning and let it sit until time to grill them — the meat was really tender. Made for PRMR, June, 2013.,I thought about using ground beef instead of the lamb, but lamb was the main ingredient, so left it. Glad I did. Made for the perfect football snack, made recipe as posted. The cayenne, ginger, and cumin really stuck out giving these treats a nice pizzazz. Made for PRMR tag.
