He also made the horse radish sauce. It was pretty windy out when he was grilling it, so parts you could taste the hickory, others it was just bbq. Everyone loved it, and we plan on making it again. I enjoyed the horseradish sauce, no one else did though, I guess I am the odd duck. We did not use the tenderloin since they were $22/lb, we used pork loin. Either way it was amazing! I doubt that we will make the horse radish sauce again since I am the only one who ate it, yet everything else is definitely going to be made again!!
