Ground Beef Zucchini Skillet Meal

Features:
    Cuisine:

We loved this! It was quick and easy for a weeknight dinner. I had a huge zucchini I needed to cook and this was perfect. I added some noodles and let them simmer with everything. Of course adding red wine and garlic didn't hurt either. I love one pot meals! I will be making it again.

I’m posting this anyway because eventually they will move out and I won’t have to hear their complaints! = ***Updated ingredients*** I’ve made this again and my DD did too and we both feel it needs a bit more sauce – so I’ve adjusted the original recipe to include tomato sauce., We loved this!
