Ground Pork Tacos,I was searching for a way to use up some ground pork, and found this on a pork association website. I’ve altered the original recipe slightly, to suit our tastes. This is just as quick and easy to make as the standard hamburger and store-bought seasoning packet version, with a different flavor that’s sure to please!,I had a few pounds of original breakfast pork sausage that needed using, so that is what used. Perfect. We all really liked this recipe. I served some meat on tortillas and some meat on tostadas. Tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, sour cream, etc. toppings. I’ll make this recipe over and over. I did drain the sausage after browning.,THIS WAS AMAZING! I cannot believe how good the pork was–we like it better than beef tacos now! Definitely going down in my recipe book. If you like to cook with alcohol (and sometimes add it to the food 😉 ) throw in a splash of Corona or Tecate for just a little extra. 🙂
