hot cooked egg noodles

Oh my goodness delicious. Used much more mushrooms than called for but you can never have too many mushrooms right? Absolutely delicious ??

    Ground Turkey Stroganoff, This is adapted from a TOH recipe , used ingredients in my refrigerator so change this recipe a bit used Half and half which needed to be used and left off the can of mushroom soup Also used truffle salt Oh my goodness delicious Used much more mushrooms than called for but you can never have too many mushrooms right? Absolutely delicious ??, this was so easy to make! Also lets me enjoy one of my all time fave dishes without using beef (because of dietary reasons) Thanks for sharing this recipe! Will definitely make this again! P S I doubled the mushrooms yum!

    In a Skillet, Cook Turkey and Onion Until Meat Is No Longer Pink; Drain.

    Add Mushrooms and Peas. Cook and Stir For 1 Minute. Stir in the Soup, Milk, Garlic, Salt and Pepper.

    Bring to a Boil. Reduce Heat. Simmer, Uncovered For 5-10 Minutes.

    Stir in Sour Cream; Heat Gently. Do not Boil. Serve Over Noodles.
