Directions
Halibut With Fresh Tomato Sauce, , i liked how light but flavorful this was. good fish doesnt need cream and butter and cheese to dress it up. just a subtle hint of awesomeness does it. i served it with noodles which was like a light pasta salad when mixed with the sauce. yum!, This is a most excellent dish! The tomato sauce reminds me of bruschetta and it goes so well with the smokiness of the fish that we grilled. YUM! Light and fresh, perfect for a hot summer day.
