Halibut With Mushrooms, Quick and elegant topping for fish and delicious too! Tasty combination. Adapted from Canadian Living magazine., Fabulous!! Made exactly as written with only one adjustment. My halibut steaks were so thick that I had to broil them a little longer on the first side, turn them and broil a few more minutes on the second side THEN add the topping. Turned out wonderfully. I absolutely LOVED the grated ginger in the topping. This will become a regular at our house. Thanks so much., Delicious! I had some Best Foods roasted garlic & herbs mayo I wanted to use up so I left out the ginger but kept everything else the same. I’m sure it will be as good or better next time I make this using light mayo and ginger. Halibut was about an inch thick and the timing in the recipe was right on.
