Haluska (Cabbage & Noodles),This is a Hungarian dish. Not easy on the arteries, but mighty tasty!,I grew up on this food, however my mom added sausage & always used KLUSKI Noodles. Made some for my friend here on St Croix, and he is adding it to his world quiseine menu. He owns a restaurant here on the island. That’s how good this dish is ?

Melt the Butter in a Large Pan or Pot, Large Enough to Hold the Chopped Cabbage. |

Saut the Cabbage and the Onion in the Butter Until Glossy and Tender. |

Cover and Let the Cabbage Mixture Simmer Over Low Heat For About 15 Minutes. |
