Directions
Ham and Cheese Breakfast Puffs,Nice for a Sunday breakfast or brunch. Can be prepared several hours in advance, but baked when ready to serve. They will sink slightly when you remove them from the oven.,This was so easy and looked so impressive. I followed another reviewers recommendation and added a 1/2 tsp of baking powder and sprinkled the top with cayenne pepper prior to baking. The only ham I had was left over ham steak so cut into pieces and placed on the bottem prior to pouring in the egg mixture. It baked up lovely and the taste was awesome. I can see using bacon in place of ham sometimes to change up the taste a little. I also took a photo in the ramakin AND turned it out to see what it would be like on a plate, liked it both ways but think I’d leave in the serving dish next time just for one less dish to worry about. Grease Two Ovenproof Dishes (one Cup Capacity) and Line With the Ham. |

Beat Together 2 Tablespoons Cheese, Eggs and Yogurt. |
