Ham Chowder, Creamy ham chowder Perfect for winter nights and quick dinners This is another of my mother’s Geraldine Lefever recipes she used while we were growing up Our children have loved it too!, This soup couldn’t be easier!! However, I didn’t use all the milk called for used only one soup can full and it was perfect for me One addition I made, I added celery as others suggested, Also used frozen corn instead of canned Really yummy Will make this again Thanks for sharing!!, This was really delicious, although I don’t use canned soup, so I added extra butter and flour with the sauted onions, as well as chopped mushrooms and peppers I didn’t have any cooked potatoes on hand, so I just diced them very small and boiled for an extra 10 minutes until tender This is going in the regular rotation!
