Ham Steak & Whiskey Sauce

Features:
    Cuisine:

I got this recipe off of another site years ago and have made it often since. I always chop up extra onions so that the sauce is chunky. I also cook the sauce a little after adding the whiskey to burn off some of the alcohol. This sauce tastes great over any vegetable that goes with ham, especially green beans. Super quick and tasty.

I wouldn’t have thought these ingredients would come together so nicely…absolutely delicious. Only change is I made it with one very large ham slice (steak). Came out great…thanks again ~Rita~. 🙂
