    I stopped using velveeta. Just cant buy it. Shred cheddar, not sharp, or Monterey Jack and add (to 12 oz of cheese ) 2 Tbs cornstarch, toss to coat cheese and gradually add to meat mixture. Perfection. Works for all queso, hanky panky, or cheesy recipe. Bye velveeta! .

We added Worcestershire sauce, a tsp. of Italian seasoning and garnished with a half a small green olive pressed in the center, cut side up. Were from Indiana, next state over.
