    Cook Sausage in 10-Inch Skillet Over Medium Heat 8 to 10 Minutes, Stirring Occasionally, Until No Longer Pink; Drain.

    Place Sausage in Ungreased 11x7x1-1/2 Rectangular Baking Dish. Arrange Apple Slices Over Sausage Mixture. Slice Sweet Potatoes Over Apples.
