Hash Brown Quiche,For someone who is not fond of quiche….this is pretty darn tasty,This is a great recipe. Loved it. used freshly grated potatoes but will make this again and again.,I have already submitted a review giving this 5 stars. I made it exactly as the recipe states. Wanted to add to my review that the next-day left overs are VERY good. I just made this on Christmas morning and everyone LOVED it!
