Hash Browns Breakfast Bake,This makes breakfast easy: it’s all in one pan! Well, a few biscuits might be nice, too..,We really enjoyed this breakfast casserole which we had for supper. I didn’t have any half and half so used low fat milk. I also used red and green peppers. Thanks Sue,It was pretty good, but I think next time I would cut back on the sausage and add some more veggies to give it a little less heaviness. Was popular at the brunch we brought it to, though! Very simple to make, which was a big plus.
