Havana Martini,This drink comes from “Trader Vic’s Book of Food and Drink” published in 1946. It is probably out of print and contains some interesting drinks from La Florida Bar in Havana, many of Trader Vic’s original libations and some teriffic Polynesian recipes. If you see it in a used book store grab it!!,Thank you for the recipe and reminding me that I have “Trader Vic’s” book from 1946. I had forgotten all about it. It has lots of great drink recipes. Thanks again!,Hi Martini Guy, I remember when my parents would go to La Floridita Bar in Havana. The bar was the place to be, and they were known for their martinis’ Just wanted to share this with you. They tell me they are(using your recipe) and were marvelous! Diane 🙂
