Hawaiian Coleslaw,I love to serve this unusual and sweet coleslaw in fresh pineapple halves for individual servings at a dinner party. It’s also a hit at a large gathering just put in a big bowl and garnished with greens.,This was a nice coleslaw, but had a little too much mayo for me. I will make it again, but maybe with 3/4 cups of mayo. Thanks!,Just made for a luau. Love the sweetness & flexibility. I arranges the salad with decorative Mandarin oranges and pink cherries for the rising sun effect.
