Hawaiian Stuffed Chicken Breasts, Pineapple stuffing is the highlight of this delicious recipe I think it would go well with pork as well as with chicken , This had fantastic flavor! I had to use a little more water to get the stuffing moist, and even that just barely did it I think that the stuffing leached some moisture out of the chicken, because it was slightly dry Next time I think I will marinate the chicken in the pineapple juice mixture and make sure the stuffing has a bit more moisture I didn’t use all the stuffing in the chicken so I nestled the leftover around the chicken in the pan Very good! Thank you!
