Hawaiian Sweet Bread (abm), This is a lovely sweet bread, very similar to the King’s Bakery brand There are some similar recipes in the Zaar database, but no exact matches so I am posting this Cooking time will depend on your machine, , As suggested by other reviewers I added 1 t of salt I elected to bake in the oven after using the dough cycle of the bread machine for mixing The bread was smooth, baked beautifully, and easy to work with (I braided the dough ) I didn’t much care for the coconut extract I found it overpowering & if making the recipe again I would at least cut the amount in half if not exclude it entirely Thank you for sharing the recipe I’m glad I tried it , I added salt as others had suggested I did not have the gluten and omitted it I think the pineapple and coconut flavours are competing with each other in this bread Next time I’ll leave out the coconut It was a great bread though, rose nicely, nice and moist
