Health Nut Brown Rice,Not a clue where I got this recipe. It makes for a nice change of pace and goes well with either chicken or fish.,Excellent recipe! I make it with chopped broccoli, carrots, red bell pepper, onions & garlic…and use whatever nuts I have on hand…usually sunflower seeds & sliced almonds, recently made it with pumpkin seeds…awesome! Always a hit!,Fast, easy, delicious side dish suitable for company. As is, or customized, it always gets rave reviews. Thanks for the creative inspiration!
