Healthier Crepes, My son and I love crepes, but I’m trying to watch my cholesterol and eat a bit healthier so I started playing with whole wheat flour and egg beaters, Had no problems making these very nice crepes as per the recipe, then whipped together some homemade lemon curd with some slightly sweetened cream cheese & rolled half of the crepes around that filling, for some delicious tasties! Combine All Ingredients in Food Processor and Mix For 20-30 Seconds. |

Heat Medium Sized Pan on Medium Heat and Spray With Pam. |
