Healthified Easy No-Yeast Thin Pizza Crust, This is from Eat Better America, I didn’t care for the toppings listed but this pizza crust sounded good and doesn’t call for yeast. Can be easily made vegan with soymilk or a nut milk, or using water or broth in place of the milk., This crust is great! I tripled the recipe – enough dough for 2 large pizzas. My 13 yr-old twins said, Its a keeper! One-third was plain pepperoni while we added onions and orange bell peepers to the remaining – scrumptious! I wish I had thought to take a photo – was equally visually stimulating. We couldnt wait dive in!, Substituted 1% milk for skim milk and canola oil for olive oil.
