Healthy Avocado Salad Dressing, A healthy alternative to oil-based salad dressing that goes well with lettuce and tomato It can also be used as a sandwich spread in place of mayo or as a dip for veggies , This is a pretty good base I also followed the advice of others and added about a Tbsp of light sour cream and some ground red pepper with the cumin I served this over a taco salad and the leftovers were scooped up with cucumber spears Tasty!, This was wonderful After reading the previous comments I add 2 rounded tablespoons light sour cream along with the water I also added some cayenne pepper, cumin and chili powder (eyeballed) I forgot the garlic but I don’t think it mattered Served with a tomato, cucumber, lettuce salad Thanks for posting Izzy
