Healthy Baked Oatmeal,This delicious and healthy version of baked oatmeal can either have mashed bananas or apple sauce which naturally sweeten it. It has the consistency of a giant soft chewy oatmeal cookie bar!,I love this recipe! It is exactly what Ive been looking for easy, quick, delicious, and not loaded with tons of sugar! I added some fresh strawberries into the mix and ended up using regular milk with a little extra vanilla since I didnt have vanilla soy milk, but aside from that made no changes. I love how easily different fruits can be added to change up the recipe. Will likely make this a weekly bake :),used unsweetened vanilla flavored almond milk instead of soy milk. I also added in some dried cranberries to create some tartness.
