    I love this recipe! It is exactly what Ive been looking for easy, quick, delicious, and not loaded with tons of sugar! I added some fresh strawberries into the mix and ended up using regular milk with a little extra vanilla since I didnt have vanilla soy milk, but aside from that made no changes. I love how easily different fruits can be added to change up the recipe. Will likely make this a weekly bake :)

    Healthy Baked Oatmeal, This delicious and healthy version of baked oatmeal can either have mashed bananas or apple sauce which naturally sweeten it It has the consistency of a giant soft chewy oatmeal cookie bar!, I love this recipe! It is exactly what Ive been looking for easy, quick, delicious, and not loaded with tons of sugar!     Mix Together Oil, Sugar and Eggs.

    Bake at 350 Degrees For 25 Minutes in a Greased Glass 9 X 12 Pan
