Healthy Baked Oatmeal, This delicious and healthy version of baked oatmeal can either have mashed bananas or apple sauce which naturally sweeten it It has the consistency of a giant soft chewy oatmeal cookie bar!, I love this recipe! It is exactly what Ive been looking for easy, quick, delicious, and not loaded with tons of sugar! I added some fresh strawberries into the mix and ended up using regular milk with a little extra vanilla since I didnt have vanilla soy milk, but aside from that made no changes I love how easily different fruits can be added to change up the recipe Will likely make this a weekly bake :), used unsweetened vanilla flavored almond milk instead of soy milk I also added in some dried cranberries to create some tartness
