Healthy but Oh-So-Damn-Good Banana Bread, This can either be vegan friendly (how I make it) or for those of you who love your dairy, not vegan This is so tasty and full of seeds and yummy stuff I created this one day trying to make a vegan alternative to the regular banana bread my mom makes (it was pretty basic–this is way better) , Mmm so good I omitted the white sugar, and I thought it was sweet enough Love all the fruit and seeds!, This turned out very nicely! I subbed Splenda for the white sugar, omitted the raisins and added some mini chocolate chips instead I made 4 mini loaves I will be making this again!
