Healthy Cocoa Chocolate Chip Banana Pancakes,One of my favorite pancakes ever! These are delicious, chocolaty pancakes with high fiber, reduced fat, reduced sugar, and even some fruit snuck in there (shh… don’t tell!). Very yummy, very satisfying. If you wish to enjoy these plain, boost the sugar and the chocolate chips.,Hi, thanks for this amazing recipe. I think I might add a bit more sugar as I needed more sweetness, and add a bit of cinnamon just for the flavor profile. Thank you!,If any one in this household makes pancakes, I always mash up a VERY ripe banana and ad it to the batter. I have also been known to mash up a VERY ripe banana and spread on toaster waffles before added syrup. I have also taken my mashed banana to a breakfast restaurant to add to their waffles.
