Sugar Free/Wheat Free/No Fake Sweeteners Cheesecake,Another one from Binah Magazine. This one intrigues me because it is made without sugar and wheat, and, more important, without those sugar substitutes. Hoping to try it soon.,I liked this! It was not very sweet at all. That is something I despise; sweetness. No one else in my family wanted to eat it except for me and my dog, however. So I’m sorry to say that if you are looking for an even mildly sweet dessert, look elsewhere.,This was alright; it was not very sweet, which I liked, but my family did not share that feeling with me. They prefer cheesecake that is sweeter. The cake had a bit of a tart taste to it. The filling especially. In the end, this was very good for sugar free…not so good for cheesecake overall. If I make this again I will have to add a 1/4 cup of honey probobly.
