used unsweetend applesauce instead of oil, craisens instead of chocolate chips and baked in an 8x8 pan for 30 minutes @ 350. I cut them into 8 bars. They were moist and good. This will become one of my go to recipes.

Healthy Oatmeal Banana Cookies,Try these totally guilt-free, healthy cookies with only 5 ingredients… bananas, oatmeal, chocolate chips, and vanilla. This is a softer cookie, so it would make a great breakfast with an ice cold glass of milk!,used unsweetend applesauce instead of oil, craisens instead of chocolate chips and baked in an 8×8 pan for 30 minutes @ 350. I cut them into 8 bars. They were moist and good. This will become one of my go to recipes.,used 2 large bananas, added coconut oil, vanilla, cinnamon, and used a hand mixer. I added oats until the consistency was stiffer, but still a bit wet. I added in raisins, coconut, pecans, then just a bit of coconut flour to make it doughier. used a scoop to keep the cookies the same size. I flattened them out and used a silicone mat on my baking sheets. Baked for 20 minutes. The color wasn’t brown like regular cookies. They did brown a bit on the bottoms tho. While not attractive to see, they do taste good. I like being able to make a treat with no added sugar or regular flour.
