This recipe does not have any oil, butter or pounds of sugar. In fact theres only 1/4 cup of brown sugar.,Are these suppose to be super soft ??? Or did I under cook them ?? I ended up leaving them in for an extra 5 min.,This is very good stuff!used a smallpeach pineapple cup drained and mash.Added coconut, walnuts and some pecans on top.baked 30 min.yummy, and white chocolate chips.
