Healthy Peanut Butter Banana Oatmeal Cookies,Tasty little cookies with no added fat or sugar – these are so guilt-free, they can be eaten for breakfast. Adapted from theskinnyfork.com’s Healthy Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies.,I did not have any coconut, so I added a few dried cranberries and walnuts. I loved these cookies! Im on a very restricted diet, but these did not taste like diet cookies. My bananas came from the freezer, as I had planned to make bananas nut bread. I left some small chunks of bananas.,These were so delicious I ate 5 of them right out of the oven! I don’t like coconut flakes so I replaced that with 2/3 cup of walnuts. I didn’t find them bland, but I would say they’re more of a quick to-go breakfast; don’t expect a sweet cookie.
