Healthy Pineapple-Mango Salsa, I saw this in Giant Food’s Healthy Ideas spring edition and had to share it because it looks delicious, and fruit salsas without peppers are the only kind I will eat in their natural chunk state! (I always puree tomato-pepper-onion salsas to oblivion, just a quirk I have ) I’ll probably omit the onion out of taste but am posting the recipe as written Be sure to use pineapple tidbits that are packed in juice only, not sugar/syrups!
