Weight Watchers Crock Pot Ham & Potatoes Au Grautin, Weight Watchers and the crockpot = success Makes six 1-cup servings at 3 WW pts per serving , This was very good, comfort food I usually don’t use prepared soups etc, but into everyone’s life you need a recipe like this I did as someone suggested and substituted Campbell broccoli cheddar soup and didn’t add cheese at all Used Simply potato hash browns and Smithfield 8 ounces of tiny chopped ham I did the calorie calculations and it came out a bit more due to the soup despite no cheese 180 per serving and may be a bit less then a cup each I did add chopped red bell pepper 1/2 cup too Done way sooner in my Hot slow cooker Got a bit burnt on bottom but my husband liked the very brown bits!, It was wonderful used a ready to eat mushroom soup

Spray Your Crock-Pot With Butter Flavored Cooking Spray. Combine Ham, Potatoes and Onions. Sprinkle Cheese Evenly Over Top. in a Small Bowl, Combine Soup, Pepper, Parsley and Mustard. Add Soup Mixture to Potato Mixture. Mix Well to Combine. Cover and Cook on Low For 8 Hours. Mix Well Before Serving. |
