Healthy Slow Cooker Ham and Potatoes Au Gratin Recipe – Weight Watchers Friendly

Features:
    Cuisine:

This was very good, comfort food. I usually don't use prepared soups etc, but into everyone's life you need a recipe like this. I did as someone suggested and substituted Campbell broccoli cheddar soup and didn't add cheese at all. Used Simply potato hash browns and Smithfield 8 ounces of tiny chopped ham. I did the calorie calculations and it came out a bit more due to the soup despite no cheese. 180 per serving and may be a bit less then a cup each. I did add chopped red bell pepper 1/2 cup too. Done way sooner in my Hot slow cooker. Got a bit burnt on bottom but my husband liked the very brown bits!
