Unfried Chinese Rice, I love Chinese rice and this is sooooo goood without all the oil., I’ve made this countless times, with different additions (tonight was leftover pork loin) and it always comes out delicious. Everyone in the family loves it and I love that it comes together so easily and makes great leftovers!, I actually steamed everything together in the rice cooker except for the scrambled eggs, which I added at the end, and it turned out great! Very neat idea for rice!
