Healthy Wake up Shake,This recipe is posted for the ZWT and is adapted from the book Quick and Healthy Recipes and Ideas (The yogurt should be one that is sweetened with articficial sweetener and not sugars) ZWT REGION: Caribbean,EXCELLENT!!!!! had yesterday Morning and I LOVED it!!! i’ll be having this frequently & not JUST for breakfast (when I’m hungry but not sure what I want) but whenever I feel like something but not like cooking.. takes no time and is great & filling too thank you kiwidutch for sharing this..,Nice simple smoothie made with ingredients usually on hand. I didn’t have strawberry yoghurt sused vanilla with a couple of strawberries thrown in for good measure. My DD devoured this. Thanks, made for ZWT III.
