Whole Wheat Cornbread,This bread is great with chili or stew,I halved the recipe, but kept the full amount of oil. used white whole wheat flour and mild flavored EVOO. Lastly, I spooned the batter into 9 paper-lined muffin cups and baked them at 350 for 17 minutes. The muffins were perfect, not too sweet and not too dry. The recipe is now on my weekly muffin rotation for my hubby’s and daughter’s lunches. Thanks for the recipe.
