Whole Wheat Flax’n Apple Muffins,These muffins are full of grains, apples and nuts that are good for you. I found the recipe on a box of milled flax seed. Flax seed is nature’s richest plant source of OMEGA-3 OILS!,I love this recipe! With fall coming soon, I thought this would be a great recipe to get me in the mood for baking. Great way to incorporate some flax seed into your diet and these muffins are hearty and delicious. I added just a touch more milk because I like my muffins on the more moist side, but other than that I followed the recipe exactly and they turned out great.,A good healthy muffin and by substituting buttermilk for sweet milk you will have a moister product. Also could try yoghurt but add a couple more tablespoons.
