Whole Wheat Banana Flax Muffins,This is one of my favorite muffin recipes. I like them with coconut oil spread on top.,Healthy and delicious! Can use other small amounts of fruit too, like apples or raisins in addition to or instead of bananas.,used only 1 banana and added 1/2 cup raisins. Instead of two eggs, used two “flax eggs”. Delicious. Turned out great!

Preheat Oven to 375 Degrees. |

Mix Flour, Flax Meal, Oats (or Barley), Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Cinnamon and Cloves. |
