Whole Wheat Sugar Cookies, Prep time includes 30 minutes for chilling the dough , BLESS! I swear I have the worst luck with sugar cookies This particular one eliminated that Came out really great, although I went a little overboard with the lemon (it was my first time using zest and really didn’t have a reference, even with a measurement haha) I also really gave a good roll in cinnamon, so it smelt like late christmas baking 10/10 recommend, doing it again later

Mix Sugar and Butter in Large Bowl Until Fluffy. |

Add Milk, Lemon Rind, Vanilla and Egg; Mix Well. |

Cover and Chill For 30 Minutes. |
