Heat the Oil in a Large Saucepan, and Saute the Onions, Celery, Potatoes, Garlic and Chopped Ham For a Couple of Minutes. |

Add the Water, Dried Soup Mix, Stock Cubes, Tomato Puree, Tomato and Seasoning Simmer For Approx 30 Minutes. |
