Vegetable Casserole, I got this recipe from a co-worker about 10 years ago I taken it to several dinners and everyone loves it It’s very easy to make and requires very little prep time , Can this be made ahead, This was so simple! It tastes like there is so much work put in I brought this to a potluck at work and everyone raved about it I usually catch flack over being the only vegetarian but not this time! The only complaint I have is that the recipe (in my opinion) made a very small portion I had to nearly triple it but it did turn out fantastic The recipe, though delicious, is incredibly unhealthy so I won’t make it often However, this dish is perfect for special occasions

Preheat Oven to 350f. |

Cook Vegetables According to Package Instructions, but not Completely Done. |

in Separate Bowl Mix Soup and Mayonnaise Together and Set Aside. |

Add to a Buttered Casserole Dish, 1 Layer of Vegetables, 1/2 Onions, 1/2 Soup Mix and 1/2 Cheese. |
